Most of the time, it doesn't appear to be major issue. Not at first. When you walk onto your dock and notice a slight sink. There's nothing dramatic. Just... off. It then sounds like a board is creaking more than normal. It could be that a nail is popping up. This is when I think, oh I'm probably going to research at things.
